Last week at the national Aquatic Plant Management Society meeting, there were 26 graduate students competing in the essay contest. Of those 26, 2 students from the University of Florida, Center for Aquatic and Invasive Plants, won 2nd and 3rd place in the contest. We would like to congratulate Jens Beets and Candice Prince on their accomplishments!
