The Panhandle Invasive Exotic Workshop October 15th, 2015 8:00 am to 3 pm CST

The best way to fight invasive species is to prevent them from occurring in the first place. You can help stop the introduction and spread of invasive species.

Help protect native plants and animals by learning more at this workshop: The Panhandle Invasive Exotic Workshop, provided by UF IFAS Extension Washington County will be at the Washington County Agricultural Center onOctober 15th, 2015 8:00 am to 3 pm CST . Cost is $10.00. Lunch is on your own.

In addition to obtaining up to 4FDACS pesticide CEU’s in Private Applicator, Right Of Way, Natural Areas Weed Management, Forestry, Aquatic and Core, you will hear from experts in Invasive species ID, Plant Identification, Invasive species control and PPE. You will also receive hands-on demonstration of herbicide application at Falling Waters State Park.
