Eating healthy meals doesn’t mean you need to spend hours in the kitchen! A little planning, a well-stocked kitchen and these quick-fix tricks will help get healthy meals on your table with minimal effort. Learn time-saving cooking techniques that will help save money too! Try your hand at quick-fix tricks and taste test some recipes in this hands-on workshop taught by Kendra Zamojski, Leon County Extension.
