You know that Seafood is good for you and by living in Wakulla County residents have the opportunity to get good quality seafood within a short distance throughout the county and the Big Bend area. Seafood is quick and easy to prepare.

Learn all about Florida seafood including the health benefits and risks, selecting, handling and preparing seafood. Participants will be exposed to the UF/IFAS technology application soon to be introduced which will allow you to download a program to enable you to have the latest information on seafood, its availability and special conditions that could influence your buying habits.

If you attend, you won’t be disappointed. Come and cook, learn and eat together as a group of like-minded people. I would love to see you there. Kendra Zamojski, Leon County FCS Agent will lead the discussion and facilitate the cooking school.
