4-H youth sit around campfire

EVENT: 4-H Camp Cloverleaf

Summer is almost here, and that means it’s time again for our 4-H Camp Cloverleaf. Set for June 18-22, this camp offers a great opportunity for youth to further explore 4-H activities and enjoy some fun, outdoor recreation.

Camp Cloverleaf is a traditional camp with modern conveniences, combining a relaxed camp atmosphere with today’s camping desires. Nestled on the banks of Lake Francis in Highlands County, its private facilities, open spaces and good fishing allow participants to play, learn, and work in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Six to eight campers will share a cabin during the stay, with a counselor and counselor-in-training in each cabin. Campers can expect to participate in arts and crafts, swimming, fishing, canoeing, archery, environmental acts, and camp fire activities.

NOTE: Camp cost is $290, and includes transportation, lodging, meals, and T-shirt. Prior to attempting payment through this page, registration must be completed through, and all required paperwork completed and submitted.

  1. Lovely idea for me as a counselor. I have been a home economics teacher and used adventure- based education with at risk youth in the Sarasota youth and families YMCA
