CLASS: Meet the plant — Cucurbitaceae

Our ‘Meet the Plant’ Series is an introduction to plant families of important agricultural and cultural crop plants. Each month, we will discuss the natural history, center of origin, phytochemistry, and agricultural history of different species within the plant family. This series of talks is intended to expand the awareness and familiarity of the general public with different Florida crops.
