Old World Bollworm Isolated Regulatory Incident

There was a confirmed detection of three Old World Bollworm (OWB) adults in Manatee County, Florida in July 2015. After one year of continuous surveys for OWB the detection was determined to be an isolated regulatory incident by APHIS and FDACS. Old World Bollworm is still a pest of concern for Florida and the United States and will continue to be a target of surveys.
