Cool Season Vegetable Gardening

Fall has arrived. Hurricane Irma caused a lot of damage to “warm season” vegetables. There is not enough time left to replant most “warm season” vegetables. The “cool season” vegetable garden season begins soon. But with the warm winters experienced lately, many home gardeners leave “warm season” vegetables in the garden. Remove the “warm season” vegetables and the damaged plants caused by the rain of Hurricane Irma. Reduce the chance for diseases to build up in the soil for the next “warm season” in March.
