Florida Association for Home and Community Education

Our Mission

  • To strengthen families through programs of community leadership and continuing education.
  • To empower citizens to actively participate in public decision-making regarding issues that concern children and families.
  • To promote the effectiveness of volunteer action and support.

The Florida Association for Home and Community Education (FAHCE) clubs are a group of friends and neighbors who come together to share their skills and learn. Clubs meet regularly with an educational program presented by club leaders. The programs offer YOU an opportunity to make a difference – to touch the future.

Florida Association for Home and Community Education Clubs are sponsored by the County Cooperative Extension Service through the auspices of the United States Department of Agriculture and the Florida Cooperative Extension Service headquartered in the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
