The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will allow individuals with Medicare to make changes to their Medicare health or prescription drug plan through the end of the calendar year (December 31, 2017).
Due to the impact of Hurricane Irma, all Medicare recipients living Florida qualify for this special enrollment extension. Individuals should contact 1-800-633-4227 (Medicare) to request changes to their Medicare using this special enrollment opportunity.
