Summer Vegetables Pressure Canning Class

Preserve the freshness of your summer garden!

Carrots, peppers, okra – oh my! What are you going to do with all of those garden veggies this summer? Preserve them of course!

Food preservation is a nutritious and economical way to turn fresh foods into pantry staples. This workshop will teach you the science behind safe food preservation and the proper method of canning low acid foods with a pressure canning demonstration.

Pressure Canning Demonstration ~ Thursday June 13th – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Cost of $10 includes canning demonstration, educational materials and goody giveaways!
