Event: Green Industry Best Management Practice (GI‐BMP) in Spanish (Espanol) | Jan 31st, 2019 | Lee County Garden Council Building
The GI‐BMP class is required if you apply fertilizer or maintain landscapes as a primary business in Lee County. This six hour class includes pre and post‐tests. Both exams are exactly alike. Successful completion of the exam will entitle you to an occupational certification and county issued stickers for your work vehicles. Your certificate of completion will be recognized by other counties and municipalities in the state of Florida. There is no expiration date on this certification. After successfully completing this course, you are required to apply for your Urban Fertilizer applicator license. No other test is required. to receive this license. The license is good for four years at a cost of $25 for all four years.
