The Jefferson county extension office will offer a Blueberry Jelly class. The class will teach how to make blueberry jelly using the water bath canning method. The class will be held on May 10^th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The address is 2729 W. Washington Highway. The cost for the class is $20.00; which covers the cost for the supplies. Everyone will take a jar of jelly home. There is limited seating, please the extension office at (850) 342-0178 to reserve your seat.
