4-H Outdoor Recreation Day Camp

It’s been a great week here at 4-H Outdoor Recreation Day Camp. This is a multi county camp with Jefferson and Leon Counties working together to have this camp. Others participant in putting on this camp are Florida Forestry Service (helps each year) (Wakulla and Madison), Florida Park Service, Florida public Archaeology Project, US Park Service SE Archaeology Center, Gopher Tortoise local Government with Florida Wildlife Commission, Florida Black Bear Management Program, Leon County Sustainable Floridian Volunteers, and 4-H Volunteers. We have had a total of 56 campers with 11 Teen Counselors and 29 Agents, Presenters, Leaders and Volunteers.
