At the end of 2020, along with UF/IFAS Extension Agent, Andrea Nikoai, we produced a new and timely infographic with food swap options. The infographic illustrates several side dishes and desserts that you would normally see on your holiday meal menu and it provides ideas that not only are healthier, but satisfying as well. We utilized a bright textured color palette and fun illustrations to help it stand out among all of the other communications people come across on their social media feeds.
