The How to Freeze Strawberries infographic was developed and designed to inform the public on safe ways to prepare and freeze strawberries and will be released in May to celebrate National Strawberry Month. It is the second in the “How to” series of UF/IFAS infographics, the first being the Caring for Cut Flowers.
