On Friday, September 18, 2015, DPM students enrolled in Integrated Plant Medicine (ALS 6925) visited alumnus Dr. Stacy Strickland. Dr. Strickland is the UF/IFAS County Extension Director for the Florida counties of Hernando and Sumter. Dr. Sumter provided students with career information related to Cooperative Extension, and he also coordinated a tour with the Speedling, Inc. nursery facility and a farm visit with a local producer.
