Salads are a tasty way to incorporate fruits and vegetables in the diet. Do you ever get burned out on the same salad recipes and need some fresh ideas? If so, come to the class taught by Trevor Hylton, FAMU Wakulla/Leon and Monica Brinkley, UF/IFAS Liberty County Extension. Trevor will share with you how to grow lettuces and many of the cool weather vegetables that make tasty salads. Monica will have your hands busy making salads for tasting.
