The Peanut Butter Challenge has officially begun! From now through November 15th, drop off unopened jars of Peanut Butter to our local UF IFAS Extension office at 3740 Stefani Road, Cantonment, and have that jar matched by the donation of a jar from the Florida Peanut Producers Association. All peanut butter collected will be given to local food pantries in OUR communities during Farm City Week. Every Extension office is a drop-off point, but Escambia County has more than one drop-off location, so contact the office at UF IFAS Extension Escambia County Office, or download this pdf flyer to determine the closest location to you. During this time of peanut harvest, let us support our local producers and those in our communities who are in need by generously donating peanut butter for the Peanut Butter Challenge.
